our directors

Ged Hull

Ged qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the Manchester office of a national firm in 1990. He has been practising in the Wigan and Bolton area since 1992.

He enjoys working with SMEs and family owned businesses and typically enjoys long-term fruitful relationships with them. He advises on commercial issues, business development, succession planning and exit strategies. Ged also helps his clients navigate the complex tax and business compliance landscape, enabling them to concentrate on achieving their goals.

Ged’s clients cover a range of business sectors including those in technological and engineering industries, professional services and creative businesses.

Ged has built up long-term relationships with many private clients, where his tax advice helps minimise annual income and capital gains tax liabilities. He frequently assists with inheritance tax planning strategies.

Ged is known for his relaxed, approachable manner and is always available for a quick piece of advice over the phone.

Clare Jady

Clare started her career in Manchester, where she worked for national and regional firms before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.

Her focus is on getting to know the ins and out of every business she works with. That helps to ensure that her advice is relevant, tailored and achievable for each business owner. By focusing on providing up to the minute financial information, she also helps clients feel in control of their businesses

Clare acts for businesses in a wide range of sectors but she has a particular specialism in Construction, an industry which is often poorly understood and has many unique challenges.

After acting as a trustee to a national charity, where she learned first-hand of some of the difficulties and opportunities faced by the Charity sector, she also enjoys advising a number of Charities, a sector which is hugely important and often overlooked.
