Update on Our Working Practices from 4th January 2021

As a result of the latest instructions and guidance about working during the Coronavirus crisis, we are taking the following measures with effect from 4th January 2021 until further notice:

Our phone lines will be working normally during this time, so please call us as normal

Staff will be working from home and we are well set up to do so, so please call and email us as you normally would.

Both the Wigan and Bolton offices will be closed until further notice but if any client wishes to drop books off or have a face-to-face meeting at either office, please ring us and we will be happy to arrange this. We will be checking daily for post arriving at the offices so this can be reviewed and dealt with. If any client would prefer not to have a face-to-face meeting, but still requires a meeting, we are happy to hold virtual meetings.

We’ll do our very best to ensure you experience no disruption to your service during these difficult times and hope that you, your loved-ones and your staff continue to stay healthy and happy.
